The incumbent ensures overall project success by creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing project constraints. The Development Manager provides oversight and integration of the project activities performed by the various functional areas, including planning, sales and marketing, construction, by building strong relationships with all key project stakeholders.
