| Desktop Support Analyst - Tier II Job ID 11761 Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste Our client has a 6 month contract for a 2nd Level Desktop Support Analyst. Responsibilities / Responsabilités You will be responsible to act as an escalation point for the Helpdesk to resolve issues and close tickets. Requirements / Exigences - Is very highly organized and detail orientated that can provide documentation and is adept at tracking and working through multiple issues. - Has printer setup/deployment/support experience in a Xendesktop/Citrix environment including working with and configuring MFP devices. - Experience working with Video Conference systems – setup, configuration of Lifesize/Tanberg systems. - Has a broad technical knowledge with respect to troubleshooting issues that may exist within a Desktop/Network/Server environment. - Is personable and can work with others.
