Overview: Our client is seeking 6 Deployment Technicians to assist in Windows7 project upgrade from Windows XP) This role will involve: -Perform intermediate IMAC (installs, moves, add, changes) activities: -Hardware roll-outs, refreshes, and other hardware deployment related activities on PCs, laptops, printers & POS devices, etc. - Handle software installation/support/upgrades - Perform deskside support services installing and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network related issues - Perform basic LAN and internetworking related activities Requirements: - Education: At minimum, a Diploma from a recognized IT program - Have A+ certification: Other vendor certifications from Cisco, Microsoft and/or from OEMs (Dell, Toshiba, Lenovo, HP would be helpful) -Minimum of 1, preferably 2 years.... |
