The Department Manager works with the General Manager and Senior Merchandising Manager to oversee all aspects of the hardlines or softlines departments with a focus on achieving consistent positive sales and profit performance while ensuring merchandising standards are met and outfitters are trained to provide legendary customer service to drive profitable sales and build customer loyalty. Responsibilities: Ensures Outfitters are providing the highest level of service to customers possible; Ensures quality customer experience through individualized coaching, training and motivating employees; Works with escalated customer concerns; Schedules employees and confirms actual hours worked to payroll; Recommends solutions for reducing labour inefficiencies; Work.... |
