| Data Entry Clerk - Regulatory Assistant Employment Status: Full Time Term Category: UUWA Location: Calgary Closing Date: 1/30/2012 12:00:00 AM Summary NOTE: 1 year term position The Data Entry Clerk ? Regulatory Assistant reports to the Manager, Data Integrity within our Regulatory Department. This individual will work closely with the Data Integrity Coordinator(s) and the Regulatory Coordinator(s) on day to day activities. This person will work within the Data Integrity team as a Data Entry Clerk and will provide assistance to the Regulatory team as required. With a natural aptitude for working with details, this candidate must ensure all information is handled confidentially, entered accurately into our database and filed appropriately for future retrieval as necessary. Performs other tasks associated with the input and output of data into the systems that support our regulatory process, including some basic department administrative duties like filing, photocopying, preparing binders, printing and sorting emails, and tracking distribution of materials amongst team members.
