Must be able to detect heats. Must be able to work independently or with others, as required. Knowledge of herd health and general cow care. Must be reliable, trustworthy and able to take initiative. Must be able to take direction from others as requested. Must have common sense when working with animals and machinery. Note this is a 100 cow tie-stall facility. Main Duties are as follows but not limited to: Milking cows, preparing TMR feed ration and feeding cows. Daily scraping and cleaning of barn. Assisting with herd health.
