| DZ Drivers-On Call Basis-Brampton Mississauga Private Sector Industrial Staffing ID 24217 Description MaxSys is currently seeking DZ Drivers for our client within the Brampton area. Term: On Call; potential for long term work Hourly: $18.00 -Drivers start any time between 6am till 9am and work between 8 to 14 hours per day. Responsibilities: -General cleanliness of truck cab and box -Carries out daily Pre & Post check inspections. -Reporting all defects Major or Minor -Refueling vehicle, and topping up all vehicle fluids -Loading freight onto their truck according to a set manifest -Ensuring you have the proper equipment to carry out your duties for the day ie: ( magliner, rolling rack, pump truck ) -To gather all paper work from dispatch that you will have to use for the day ie: ( pick up sheet, log book, bill of lading, manifest, way bills ) -Ensure you have a 2way radio and 407 transponder if required by dispatch or any special instruction from dispatch -Delivering freight to customer according to a set manifest or as directed by dispatch and to maintain all appropriate paper work -Carry out freight pickups at customers as directed by dispatch and to maintain all appropriate pap.... |
