As an integral member of the department of Student Services, this position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of student records from point of application through to graduation and employment. Essential to this position is the ability to analyze, problem-solve and communicate issues relating to the academic record. Candidates for this position must be able to respond to learner/customer inquiries regarding admission processes/status, program, subjects and services, and be available to help resolve learner issues. NOTE: There are 2 positions available: 1 full time, permanent position and 1 part time (0.5 FTE), temporary position to March 2013.
