| Customer Service/Image Review Clerk - Pitt Meadows 13.00/hr This facility, located in the Pitt Meadows area of the Lower Mainland, is looking for your skills as their Image Review Clerk/Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for accurately processing video images, account posting, and business practice reviews. You will achieve this through mastering the in-house revenue management system by using various image-enhancing screens and filters to review, verify, accept, or reject images. Recruiting for a Part Time role to start with approximately 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include: Process images through the revenue management system. Identify, document, and notify management for repetitive abnormalities discovered while processing images. Combine knowledge of product, demonstrate effective time management and human relations skills to meet performance standards. Provide input and/or assistance in formulating new policies and procedures; recommends changes to existing policies and procedures as required. Identify problems with office equipment, systems and general issues and communicate or escalate these issues to the proper area for resolution..... |
