| Customer Service - Technical Sales Representative Job Type: Temp-Perm Job Location: Vaughan ON Job Description: ' Job Description Position : Technical Sales Representative Reporting to : Inside Sales & Marketing Manager Duties & Responsibilities Communicate directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and assist in resolving them Provide a valuable link with customers by providing support relating to product/service, ensuring successful product delivery Handle incoming sales calls from prospects and existing customers for our products and services Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service Prepare and process sales documentation (purchase orders, initiate RMA etc.) Communicate directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and assist in resolving them Coordinate the administration of purchase orders through MRP with production Daily use of ERP system e.g. Syspro Coordinating with other departments for status on orders to ensure a delivery commitment to customers is met Maintain and develop target account business relationships Provide a valuable link between sales and engineering Other duties as assigned Skills & Qualificati.... |
