| Position Overview: Key responsibilities will include handling client requests pertaining to TELUS' products and services; and ensuring service requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining and enhancing the client relationship. Basically, the role is responsible for championing customer requests by assuming ownership for execution and delivery of results to the customer's full satisfaction. The Customer Delivery Specialist (CDS) is an individual who enjoys taking on new challenges, tasks and responsibilities as part of a dynamic, evolving team. Thorough and accurate attention to detail is a required skill. You must be skilled in accurately analyzing and interpreting client requests. Attention-to-detail is a must. Proven ability to build strong relationships, both externally and internally; listening is a key skill requirement. Must have proven ability to quickly learn new systems/processes. Responsibilities: Managed network services order creation and coordination for the Federal Government accounts. Adhoc reporting, billing support and possible phone queue coverage.
