Summary of Duties
and Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for providing leadership and staff development
for a cross functional team across Canada. Planning, organizing and
managing the activities of the Credit and Collection team, to align with the
organizations initiatives, business plans and priorities.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to enhance performance, staff development, and work productivity
• Provide leadership and development for cross functional teams across Canada
• Maintain clear and actionable priorities for supervisors, in line with overall Corporate Finance
business plan and priorities
• Knowledge of DSO, D&B, Equifax and Cash Forecasting
