Plus prcisment, elle analyse les rapports de crdit commercial et les tats financiers pour les clients majeurs, elle libre les commandes suite aux analyses, recherche des informations sur la solvabilit des clients et procder des analyses de risques. De plus, elle ngocie les ententes particulires des clients majeurs, labore, implante et diffuse les politiques et procdures du service. Elle tablit et assure le suivi du budget annuel et labore les outils visant amliorer la gestion du crdit.
