This department works closely with the Vice-President Medical and the Chiefs of department to support physician recruitment, appointment, reappointment, resource planning/allocation, education and communication within the hospital. Medical Affairs also supports medical learners from McMaster University. Position Summary Reporting to the Manager of Corporate and Medical Affairs, the Credentials Coordinator will process applications for appointment and reappointment to the Medical/Professional Staff and provide clerical support in the physician hiring process.
