Major Responsibilities: ? Timely receipt, delivery and distribution of all transfer envelopes and inter-city shipments. ? Timely delivery of all SIES checks deposits runs to various banks though out the day. ? Sorting and filing of all shipments/envelopes to ensure the deadlines are met. ? Preparation of outgoing rejects, completed shipments and new shipments for distribution Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary and New York via Brinks. ? Keying of shipment totals into courier billing system ? Receipt of envelopes from participants (messengers) ensuring batch controls and seals are properly completed and initialed by participants (messenger) ? Release of participant envelopes to authorized individuals Note: This position has two shifts, 7:00.... |
