Brookfield Corporate Operations ("BCO") Corporate Legal and Compliance Department is responsible for the subsidiary legal management for a number of Brookfield Group companies including corporate compliance and secretarial matters, corporate law matters, securities law and public disclosure, legal records management (document management and retention) and corporate compliance policies and procedures. We are looking for a Corporate Secretary to manage our corporate secretarial group and Canadian legal records department. Reporting to the Vice President, Compliance, this is a new role which will be responsible for our subsidiary legal management program and records management initiatives.
