| Corporate Recruiter Location: Montreal, Quebec Other Locations: Montreal, Quebec ID: 6660 # of openings: 1 Description Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities: This position is responsible for executing the recruiting strategy which will allow the recruiter to effectively recruit, research, screen, and refer candidates for job openings through the effective use of all resources while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. This person will review applications and screen applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Additionally, the recruiter will coordinate all aspects of job fairs and off-site recruiting events. The position is responsible for working with management to ensure effective response time for mandates and will be responsible for creating procedure and policy enhancements. The recruiter is responsible for all pre-interview set up, interview testing and interview follow-up. As well the position requires the maintenance of reports and analysis for improvements.
