| Title Corporate Recruiter Job Description Corporate Recruiter Our Client is a value added technology company selling IT services and solutions to a variety of industries and commercial customers. They are currently recruiting for a Corporate Recruiter for the Montreal location. This position is responsible for executing the recruiting strategy and effectively recruit and refer candidates. Responsibilities: - Review applications and screen applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements and provide information about the organization and position. - Coordinate all aspects of job fairs and off-site recruiting events. - Work with management to ensure effective response time for positions and create procedures and policy enhancements. - Responsible for all pre-interview scheduling, interview testing and interview follow-ups. - Maintenance of reports and analysis. - Responsible for all communications with applicants and for managing the candidate/manager/director relationships. - Responsible for implementing and updating recruitment policies and procedures in compliance with employment law and changing market/company demands.
