| Corporate Administrative Receptionist My client is looking for a Corporate Administrative Receptionist for their Head Office location in Winnipeg. Please note reliable transportation is required for this role due to lack of bus service. The perfect candidate for this role must have experience being the first point of contact in a front line Receptionist position. Reception responsibilities include: Greet and direct internal and external visitors Act as a "Director of First Impressions" for the entire company Answer, screen and direct telephone calls Maintain a clean and professional reception area Maintain office equipment, including copier, printers, and telephones Compose daily correspondence (memos, letters, faxes, reports, email) as required Maintain electronic calendar. Maintain current filing utilizing existing systems (binders, files, electronic file management, etc) Distribute all incoming faxes Coordinate all mail and courier services: distribute incoming deliveries; pick up mail from main building mail depot, arrange pick-up of outgoing courier, outgoing mail Boardroom and Meeting Room booking using electronic calendar Arrange catering for meetings in the Boardroom and Me.... |
