Provide Change Control Data and Documentation Services to create, revise or cancel the master data documents and artwork required for the purchase of printed packaging components and the packaging of finished goods. Job Accountabilities: •? Coordinate activities to investigate, confirm and create or revise product master data and documentation related to printed packaging materials, as requested by internal customers, in support of external customers and regulatory requirements. •? Coordinate the Change Control process and plan for the implementation of changes within required timelines.? •? Maintain non-GMP, packaging-related SAP master data requested by the change control process. •? Determine the impact of change on business units.? Work closely with requesting departments as required to determine impact of change ensuring all supporting documentation/data is present resulting in minimizing the CCF cycle time. •? Determine routings, priority and method of review and approval of changes in a timely and effective manner. •? Ensure verification, accuracy and completeness of change information of SAP Master .... |
