Using a community development and quality improvement approach assists in the planning and development of health programs to improve access and utilization of mainstream services within NH as identified in the Aboriginal Health Plan. As a member of the Aboriginal Health team, leads discussions in support of the strategic priorities of the Aboriginal Health Plan. Requirements Education and Experience Bachelor???s degree in a relevant health care discipline, plus five (5) to seven (7) years??? recent related clinical and progressive leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
