Reporting to the VP Finance, the successful candidate will have solid experience with preparing Canadian tax returns using TaxPrep and is knowledgeable with Joint Venture accounting. Responsibilities: Preparation of high volume consolidated year-end financial statements with notes and dealing with external auditors. - Preparation of Canadian tax returns for numerous companies using Tax Prep. - Preparation of Working Papers for Family Trusts and the Family Trust returns. - Assisting other controllers with various projects. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant - At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience. - Proficiency in Excel - Experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred. - Experience in Microsoft Navision preferred. - Candidates must have demonstrated sense of urgency, be able to work independently, have positive att.... |
