This will involve all pre-awarded activities including the selection and prequalification of proponents, structuring of the proposal period through to the commercial evaluation of the proposals received. This will also involve all post-award activities Including the contract administration and contract close out. EDUCATION: Degree or Diploma SKILLS: Minimum of 10 years procurement experience in a petrochemical or related industries, with an emphasis on contracts formulation Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with respect to contracts formulation Proficient with relevant computer software programs including Word & Excel Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to establish priorities Excellent English communication skills, both verbal & written Strong organizational and problem-solvi.... |
