Starting as a 3-6 month contract, there is the possibility of it going permanent for the right recruiter. Responsibilities: ? Full cycle recruitment right from sourcing to reference checks and offer letters ? Working on specific mandates and determining which you own and which would be better suited to go through search firms ? Managing the relationship with engaged search firms ? Working within the recruitment team to service the hiring managers with a sense of urgency Qualifications (must have): ? 3-5 years recruitment experience ? experience in a fast-paced, demanding, dynamic environment ? Working knowledge of the complete MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) ? V ery strong written and oral communication skills ?
