Contract role. Responsibilities will include the following: Participate in and facilitate the review, preparation, execution and administration of agreements (ie: supplier, real estate, lease, logistics), contracts, and other legal documents on behalf of the client. Review all tender legal clauses and prepare proper responses to legal clauses. Develop and review boilerplate responses to tender legal clauses. Maintain the contract management process to ensure the smooth flow of contract execution and archiving. Monitor document activities such as document flow, renewal, expiry, special terms, etc, and ensure that tender obligations are fulfilled. Obtain and document approvals through internal approval process. In short-staffed situations help with compiling tender responses. Work with external lawyers and internal clients to review agreement in preparation for CEO signature.
