Key Areas of Responsibility Manage the recruitment process for dedicated client groups, up to management level positions, in order to secure qualified personnel for the organization. Bring rigor and critical oversight to the recruitment function, supporting hiring managers in candidate attraction and assessment. Provide counseling and advice to managers and employees on a variety of HR items, including performance management, employee development, career planning, and overall internal policies/procedures. Ensure compliance to internal policies/procedures, and any legislative requirements. Provide support and facilitation to managers on the interpretation of the collective agreement, and related Labour Relations/Employee relations issues.
