| Construction Labourer Start date: Immediately Location: Edmonton Job Type: Full-time/Permanent IGLOO BUILDING SUPPLIES GROUP is a leader in the local building supplies market. We provide supplies, services, and manufactured building materials to Edmonton and area commercial contractors. Igloo is a diversified company with a unique culture and a philosophy of promoting from within. We are currently recruiting for the position of Construction Labourer to work at various construction sites in the Edmonton area. Responsibilities: ? Assist Framers in construction activities ? Operate small power tools, nail guns, staple guns, skill saws, and table saws ? Load and unload construction materials , and move materials to work areas ? Clean up strapping, debris, equipment, and garbage in work areas ? Follow all workplace health and safety regulations Qualifications: ? Ability to lift up 80 pounds-heavy and repetitive lifting ? Ability to work in variable weather conditions ? Sense of urgency and strong work ethic ? Experience with table saws and skill saws is an asset ? Previous carpentry experience is an asset ?
