PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT?S: - Assurer le soutien t?l?phonique aux clients dans l'utilisation de la Suite Internet Nethris et sugg?rer les meilleures fa?ons de faire; - Informer les clients sur la l?gislation en vigueur en mati?re de paie; - Apporter les modifications aux dossiers d?entreprises et faire le suivi; - Travailler en ?troite collaboration avec les autres secteurs; - Identifier et documenter les probl?matiques rencontr?es pour parfaire sa formation.
