PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIT?S: - Agir ? titre de r?f?rence technique pour les paie-ma?tres afin d?offrir une meilleure qualit? de service ? notre client?le; - Planifier et organiser son travail afin de respecter les niveaux de service et les attentes des clients; - Respecter les normes de qualit? relativement ? la communication avec les clients; - Informer les clients de la l?gislation en vigueur en mati?re de paie; - Au besoin, produire la paie selon les attentes du client et selon la l?gislation en vigueur; - Assurer la r?solution et le suivi des cas clients en fonction des niveaux de service; - Agir comme personne-ressource lors de r?tention clients; - Diffuser diverses capsules de formation. - Assurer le soutien t?l?phonique ? la client?l.... |
