| Job Title">Job Title Connection Centre associate Location Canada-AB-Edmonton Clarview Employment Type Part Time Position Summary A Connection Centre Associate assists customers with determining their wireless package and merchandise needs, activates wireless accounts, properly zones his/her assigned area and maintains modular and feature presentations by performing the following duties: Position Responsibilities Job Specific responsibilities are listed below. Provides excellent Customer Service by: Practicing the 3 Metre Rule Engages and communicates effectively with customers with the purpose of determining the customer???s needs as relating to wireless packages and merchandise Respond efficiently and effectively to Management and Customer needs Shows a high sense of urgency with all assignments Has solid understanding of the POS cash register Follows proper procedures with claims merchandise Remains knowledgeable regarding all areas of the store Maintains a properly merchandised department through: Maintain inventory levels Zoning the department Ensuring the merchandise is properly signed and priced Maintain features following proper procedures for: ordering clearance markups/mar.... |
