| Job Title Compensation & Benefits Specialist Company Novus Reputo Search Job Location Brampton, ON Website http://www.novusreputo.com Job Type Full-Time Regular Job Description Compensation & Benefits Specialist The primary purpose of this position is to manage the processing and maintenance of all company group benefits and pension plans including related policies, procedures and plan documents. This position is also involved in the development and analysis of compensation programs and policies and participates in the job evaluation process. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate information in HRIS related to benefits, pensions and compensation Communicate with employees on benefit and pension inquires; maintain information booklets Monitor and report on benefit plan experience; conduct analysis on trends Process monthly benefit invoices and updates to Insurance Carriers Liaise with Consultants and Insurance Carriers as required Participate in compensation surveys and assess data for benchmarking Assist in the development of annual compensation guidelines and procedures Manage job evaluation database and assist in the job evaluation process Create reports and perform audits as r.... |
