| Communications Specialist (Project) Learner Success Services Department Competition 12AU-06 The Bow Valley College mission is to contribute to the vitality of communities and strength of the economy through innovative adult education programs and services which equip students for successful living, lifelong learning, and work in a global knowledge-based environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and team oriented Communications Specialist for the Learner Success Services (LSS) Department. Reporting to the Director you will develop internal and external communication plans and publications, and coordinate LSS web pages. Specific responsibilities include: liaise with LSS team leads and the Marketing and Communications Department to provide LSS service information on websites and prepare posters, brochures, etc; identify new content needs; develop and maintain student communication plans; prepare and coordinate communications and reference/information packages for events; inform staff, students, external partners and agencies about LSS news and services; and prepare and facilitate presentation materials including on-line versions. To be successful you’ll need excellent communications.... |
