Lieu de travail: 8585 boul. D carie, Ville Mont-Royal. Nous sommes situ s pr s du rond-point D carie et m tro de La Savane. Description du poste Relevant de la Coordonnatrice du Service de l ?indemnisation, de la r gion de Montr al, le titulaire du poste sera appel interagir sur une base quotidienne avec nos clients et fournisseurs et leur fournir des informations en personne et au t l phone quant leur dossier de r clamation. Responsabilit s Recevoir les appels des accidents d j rapport s Recevoir les assur s qui se pr sentent en personne : Donner des renseignements dans le dossier d j ouvert Prendre le rapport de sinistre, soit en automobile ou en habitation Expliquer les proc dures de la r clamation Faire les r servations de location automobile et donner les autorisations, s'il y a lieu Prendre les rapports d'accident automobile ou rapport de perte en habitation, au t l phone Fournir les renseignements aux assur s quant leur dossie.... |
