| Job Description: Commercial /Logistics Coordinator ? North Vancouver ? Job Responsibilities General Administration: 20% ? Responsible for all general office duties ? mail distribution, responsible for office equipment , filing, answering phones, arranging appointments ? Administrative support of the management team ? Handle the front desk- greeting visitors, receive light shipments, direct incoming traffic, perform visitor orientations Accounts Payable: 40% ? Ensure that invoices have been properly matched with receiving reports ? Process supplier invoices for payment ? Update supplier files ? additions, deletions, name and address changes ? Liaison with vendors, contractors and suppliers Logistics: 40% ? Preparation of documentation for export shipments ? Enter and schedule appointments for all types of shipments; barge, rail and exports ? Liaison with all parties associated with shipments on a daily basis ? Co-ordinate shipments with production dept, corporate logistics, and labour crew ? Substitute for Administration Manager during her absence Requirements ? Diploma in business or equivalent education and experience ? Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures ? N.... |
