| POSITION: Collector/Account Receivable Representative CITY: Toronto LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary to Permanent SALARY: $13/hour Job Description: Part time: 25 hours guaranteed weekly, extra hours are available periodically Collections B2C (business to consumer) Inbound and Outbound calls Collecting arrears on outstanding accounts Updating account information Customer service Job Requirements: 1+ years call centre experience Customer service and collections experience is a strong asset Strong problem solving and listening skills Strong data entry and excel skills Windows office experience Must be able to work shifts between the hours of 8am ? 8:30 pm M-F Must be able to work Saturdays Excellent communication skills both written and verbal We appreciate your interest however only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
