| Title Clinical Research Coordinator Job ID TBCC-12-020 Function This position will have a joint reporting structure split between the BMT Clinic and the Clinical Research Unit. Duties & Responsibilities Abstracting data from necessary sources to complete pre-study forms, flow sheets, off study forms and other forms as dictated by clinical trials protocols; Registering patients and informing appropriate personnel of assigned treatment options; Coordinating monitoring visits with external agencies and institutional study personnel; Coordinating and maintaining critical documents and binders for Clinical Research; Designing, implementing and managing a system for organizing, planning and controlling work flow related clinical research activities; Designing a system to coordinate, complete and submit data in a timely and accurate manner Coordinating and maintaining a strong liaison with Principle Investigators, hospital personnel and representatives from outside agencies regarding ongoing conduct of clinical research; Reviewing source documentation and case report forms with site teams and other representatives; Preparing annual progress reports on all open and closed studies and forms.... |
