Clinical Program Assistant
Northern Medical Program
(Fulltime Term to June 2012)
Duties:
Reporting to the Curriculum and Assessment Manager, Years 3 and 4, Northern Medical Program
and located at the University Hospital of Northern BC, this position provides administrative
support for the third year (Core Clerkship) and the fourth year (Advanced Clerkship) of the
program.
Your main areas of responsibility include but are not limited to the following:
Working with the Course directors, Manager, Years 3 & 4, Discipline Specific Site Leaders and
UBC Faculty of Medicine staff to maintain and establish effective work processes and systems,
and support curriculum delivery; as well as liaising with other UBC Faculty of Medicine sites in
Vancouver (VFMP), Victoria (IMP) and Kelowna (SMP) and throughout the Northern Health
region.
Coordinating the detailed components of Years 3 & 4 of the Program which includes:
developing individual schedules for clerkship students which will provide them with the
opportunities required to meet their clinical objectives and communicating thos.... |
