CLINICAL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST II
Temporary, Full Time until February 10, 2013 with the possibility of extension
One of the primary goals of the Department of HR Consulting Services is to maximize the rehabilitation and recovery of employees who
have been impacted by an illness or injury, thereby ensuring a safe and timely return to work that restores pre-injury status and
prevents disability. This Occupational Therapist II position is based out of St. John’s with travel to Rural Avalon required.
Duties:
This position acts as the clinical recovery manager for employees off work due to illness or injury. This involves providing support for
the employee during the recovery and rehabilitation phase of the injury or illness, carrying out occupational therapy assessments and
interventions aimed at developing return to work plans, also acting in a consultative role with the other members of the team. The
