Clinical Coordinator
Permanent, Part-Time
Duties: As an active member of the Resident Care Team, the incumbent will participate in
the delivery of quality resident care programs consistent with regional and site-specific
program direction and objectives. The incumbent will provide leadership and direction to
resident care staff operationalizing the principles of Resident Focused Care and Whole
Systems Shared Governance. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the leadership,
coordination and administration of all resident care services in the absence of
administrative personnel. The incumbent will work closely with other managers such as
the Resident Care Manager and Clinical Practice Leaders of all disciplines to ensure
seamless delivery of quality resident care.
Qualifications: We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is results-
oriented and who possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Knowledge
or experience in quality services to residents requiring long-term care is an asset. The
