| Job Title: Client Services Officer Job ID: 7397 Location: Norman Wells Department ECE Income Support Return to Previous Page Position Summary Client Services Officer Indeterminate Department of Education, Culture and Employment Norman Wells, NT The Client Service Officer delivers Income Security Programs using a Service Management approach and provides comprehensive and quality programs and services that enable NWT residents in need to obtain the necessities required to maintain their health and dignity and reach self-sufficiency. This position delivers Income Security Programs in accordance with NWT legislation, policies, guidelines and established procedures. The incumbent also provides clerical support within the Sahtu Regional Education, Culture and Employment (ECE) office. Reporting to the Regional Superintendent this position is located in Norman Wells and is responsible for the delivery of the Income Security Programs, which range in scope from full assistance to income subsidies. Income Security Programs include: Income (social) Assistance Program, Public Housing Rental Subsidy, Child Care User Subsidy and Senior Home Heating Subsidy.
