| Job Title: Client Services Officer Job ID: 8048 Location: Fort Simpson Department ECE Income Assistance Return to Previous Page Position Summary Client Services Officer Deh Cho Region Department of Education, Culture and Employment Fort Simpson, NT Term position to August 16, 2012 Located in Fort Simpson and reporting to the Regional Manager, Income Security, the Client Services Officer is responsible for the delivery of the Income Security Programs in accordance with NWT legislation policies, guidelines and established procedures. The incumbent determines eligibility for program funding and identify other required supports by conducting individual assessments, provides Income Security Program benefits and services to eligible NWT resident, provide comprehensive integrated services to individual clients, develops community capacity in order to provide enhanced programs & services and performs other duties as assigned. The qualifications for this position are normally acquired through a Diploma in a Social Science field and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a related field. The ability to communicate and work in a cross-cultural environment is an asset. A valid Class 5 driver.... |
