| Clerk IV Finance & Information Services Full Time Days - Weekdays HOURLY WAGE: $17.403 - $20.174 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School education or equivalent Completion of post secondary accounting certificate or diploma through a recognized institution Current experience in computerized accounts payable/receivable operation Training and/or knowledge and practical experience in the application of generally accepted accounting principles Minimum one year experience in handling cash in a computerized environment Must be competent with Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Demonstrated mathematical ability Strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills Ability to display independent judgement Advanced level of written and oral communication skills Interest in accuracy, attention to detail Ability to relate effectively with staff, co-workers and outside agencies Positive work record Ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population Ability to respect and promote confidentiality Ability to perform the duties of the position on a regular basis This position is subject to a Criminal Records Check and a Child Abuse Registry C.... |
