| Title Clerk IV Job ID TBCC-12-017 Function Under the direction of the Supervisor of Health Information Management, Registration, Patient Information and Switchboard domain, this position is responsible for creating/modifying clinic templates, registration, patient scheduling and reception duties as required. Perform other duties as directed. Duties & Responsibilities Cancelling, adding and changing physician clinics within the Outpatient guidelines. Creating the Cancer Care patient record for Colposcopy patients Interviewing new patients for registration purposes. Pre-registration of new patients. New clinic template creation and/or modification. Rescheduling appointments, phone patients and enter information on patient record. Respond appropriately to all patient inquiries; appointment confirmations, cancellations and bookings. Mailing out appointment slips as necessary. Liaise with other departments to coordinate appointments. Recording statistics for the area. Mailing out appointment slips as necessary.
