| Title Clerk IV/Receptionist Job ID CCI-12-022 Duties & Responsibilities This position is responsible for ensuring the reception area is a positive, friendly environment while providing basic reception duties and supporting the volunteer hostess program. This position is also responsible for all duties related to preparation of Screen Test client paperwork for the Edmonton site as well as pre-checking/correcting questionnaires from the North mobile unit. ? Receive and sort all questionnaires according to the day sheet; ? Enter any technical comments and print any required bar code labels for correction, walk ins, and master bags; ? Verify any discrepant information by utilitizing Netcare; ? Receive daily client film bags after radiologist has interpreted images and attach the questionnaire and mammo report that has been returned from Calgary; ? Merge, print and assemble Edmonton files for clients seen in the Edmonton office; ?
