Human Resources Client Services (Compensation and Benefits)
Clerk IV
Temporary, Full-Time until March 31, 2013 with the possibility of extension
Applications are invited for the position of Clerk IV in the Human Resources Client Services
Department – Compensation and Benefits. The successful applicant will work as part of a team to
ensure the effective coordination and implementation of the compensation and benefits function
within Human Resources Client Services. He/she will implement changes related to salary, pension,
health insurance, benefits, seniority, leaves, terminations, new hires, etc. Project work and quality
improvement activities will also be integral components of the work.
Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or equivalent, a minimum of a two year business/office administration
program with experience preferably in compensation and benefits. Courses and proficiency in word
processing and other computer applications is required. The successful candidate should possess
excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills and must have considerable
experience meeting deadl.... |
