| Clerk III Job Description Competition Number OCIO.11.12.221 Available Positions 1 Permanent Position - non-bargaining Employer Office of the Chief Information Officer - Corporate Operations and Client Services Branch Locations St. John's Closing Date 30 Jan 2012 Salary $33,924.80 - $37,182.60 per annum (GS-22) Duties The incumbent will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) management team. S/he will be responsible for preparing requisitions and purchase orders, monitoring budget allocations and expenditures, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files. The individual will communicate with co-workers, vendors, clients and supervisors, and receive and sort mail. S/he will prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software. The incumbent will schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain attendance records of staff while performing other related duties as required.
