| Position Title: Clerk III Competition Number: LETH-12-073 Status: Full-Time Temporary - Duration: Anticipated until January 22, 2013 FTE: 1.0 Department: Contracting Procurement and Supply Management Unit: Procurement Position Type: Both Position Description/ Required Qualifications: ? Candidate reports to Manager, South Zone Procurement. ? Provides general clerical support for the CPSM Procurement Office. ? Minimum Grade 12 education. ? Excellent communication skills related to telephone etiquette and interpersonal relations. ? Must be well organized, polite, dependable, helpful, neat in appearance, able to set priorities, flexible and cooperative and a team player. ? Demonstrated clerical training required. ? Data entry skills and experience required. ? Prior Purchasing/Materiels Management experience is an asset.
