| Clerk III Health Records Full Time TERM POSITION March 3, 2012 - March 15, 2013 Days/Evenings - Weekdays/Weekends - Rotation HOURLY WAGE: $17.044 - $19.759 TERM NOTE: The said term position is a result of a MATERNITY LEAVE OF ABSENCE which may expire sooner than the date indicated, subject to a minimum two (2) weeks notice. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 graduate or equivalent Successful completion of Level I & II Medical Terminology course or program Must be competent with Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Neat accurate keyboarding required; minimum 45 wpm Must possess a dependable consistent & reliable work record Excellent understanding of confidentiality and guidelines for release of personal health information following the Personal Health Information Act Good knowledge of electronic document management specific to scanning, retrieval, and indexing of health information Knowledge and experience with admission, discharge, transfer/central patient index computerized systems Advanced level of written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability t.... |
