Provides administrative and logistical services and coordination for meetings including preparing agendas and relevant documentation, ensuring follow-up as appropriate 4. Provides a variety of administrative and operational services for division staff including responding to requests for information, preparing and distributing background documents for internal and external meetings, keeping electronic and paper files, providing administrative support for the purpose of HR management, making travel and accommodation arrangements and support for personnel entry and departure.
