| - Under the supervision of a senior scientific staff member, maintain and safeguard inventory of proprietary compounds for biological screening - Storage, packaging, dispatch, tracking and documentation of use of Tranzyme library compounds shipped for testing to external collaborators and service providers - Formulate and keep records of test solutions for shipment to internal and external collaborators - Assist in maintenance and control of remote compound storage location, including safe movement of samples - Update and maintain corporate compound database (IDBS ActivityBase), including legacy data - Improve and maintain appropriate storage system for microtiter plates containing compounds for biological assays and other compounds of interest - Assist in other laboratory activities (e.g. formulation/solubility studies, pH measurement) when required - Fill in for purchase coordinator in his/her absence - Assist in standard operating procedure preparation for applicable tasks - Adherence to established internal procedures for laboratory operations - Planning of assigned work and completion of tasks on schedule - Maintain up-to-date records for all work performed and ensure a safe .... |
